Independence Our independence allows us the freedom to provide compassionate and individually tailored care at a reasonable price. All the vets are free to make their own clinical judgements and treatment recommendations with no performance related reward.
Our veterinary team are able to offer bespoke vaccination, worming, flea and tick prevention advice based on the risks to your pet. Our advice is tailored to the individual animals and as such we do not offer a monthly payment package but instead will recommend what we think would be best for your individual animals for the prevention of disease (also taking account of environmental sustainability). In general this pay as you go model will work out cheaper than a monthly payment package.
Surgery Our team of vets are very experienced surgeons able to provide routine surgeries and emergency operations. We are well supported by a team of experienced and trained veterinary nurses with expertise in the monitoring and management of anaesthesia. As we are available 24/7, after we have operated on your pet, you have the reassurance that the same team with access to your medical records will be available should you have any concerns post operatively.
We do not offer keyhole neutering surgery as in our experience it offers few benefits over well performed routine neutering (please discuss this with one of our vets if you are concerned).
Parking Free on-site parking is available for clients whilst they are visiting the surgery.
Payment We request payment at the time of consultation / treatment. We ask that all prescriptions and food orders are paid for using a credit card over the phone at the time of ordering, or on collection from the practice (we have a mobile card terminal for use outside).
